And thanks for the way you always ask the tough questions that might be critical of NASCAR. As a fan it seems that many in the NASCAR media act like they are afraid to do that for fear of repercussion by NASCAR. (job security) I was just on Carl Long's website. ( It is http://www.carl-long.com/ ) On his website is the address where you can send a donation for Carl's ridiculous fine. Also, it can be sent by PayPal. I am fan that goes back to Lee Petty. I can not afford to go to the races but do not miss the coverage. I am going to send Carl at least $20. If enough fans did this it would cover this ridiculous fine. After hearing your interview with Jeff Hammond I have lost a lot of respect for him. Sounds like he is most concerned with not saying anything that would piss off NASCAR, as do some of the other hosts on the Sirius NASCAR channel. I listen to Channel 128 most of the day. I would say the overwhelming opinion of the fans is that the Carl Long got the shaft from NASCAR. keep up the good work. I stayed with XM until the merger because of you.
